HDS Homecare & Domestic Services is one of the largest providers of Domiciliary Care in East London. We offer the full range of care and assess then meet the needs of individuals and communities.
learning and disabilities
This service differs from Care in that we don’t do things for our clients, we do things with them, so helping them become more independent and active within the community. We provide the kind of support that doesn’t take over their lives and encourages them to help themselves.
ethnic services
We have a strong team of careers from the asian community who are able to provide care services to meet the physical and emotional needs of Asian service users.
training & development
We are an approved NVQ provider by Edexcel, OCR and Aset. All of our tutors, assessors and verifiers are qualified and highly experienced in delivering training and support in their area of expertise.
healthcare AT home
Healthcare AT Home is a ‘not for profit’ specialist service catering for the needs of users that cannot easily be met by our core service.
Our AT Home service enables people with chronic health conditions to remain in their own homes.
hds maintenance
This service enables people who find it difficult to cope with the numerous repair and maintenance tasks life in greater comfort and cleanliness.

With over 240 professional carers working in the community the HDS group is one of the leading care providers for the elderly, housebound and disabled in Redbridge the surrounding boroughs and Essex.
We supply high quality home care on behalf of London Boroughs, Social Services, Health
Authorities and Trusts and other local businesses as well as caring for individuals and families.
Within the HDS Group we are able to provide not just carers but offer expert carer training, home and garden maintenance, employment opportunities and we are working to the future with our Assisted Technology division.
1994 HDS started as a domiciliary care and cleaning company
1997 Incorporated as Limited company, turnover increased to £1m
1997 HDS Training & Assessment Centre started to enable us to control the quality of our
carer training
2000 gained Investors in People status
2003 moved into larger premises at Tring Close, Newbury Park
2004 started AT Home service to provide more specialist services in healthcare and
Assisted Technology
2004 started HDS Employment to provide employment for freelance carers and a
resource for clients with short term needs
2005 started HDS Community Support to provide a support service for adults with learning
disabilities
2009/10 turnover projected to £5m with total staff count close to 350
